FAQs
Questions are always welcome
We know you might have some questions about how SKOOT Community Access works—so we’ve put together answers to the things we get asked most. If you can’t find what you’re looking for, feel free to get in touch—we’re always happy to help!
Pricing
We adhere to the NDIS pricing arrangements for Access Social and Community Participation, ensuring transparency and fairness in our pricing.
Participants are only charged for the time they require, offering them maximum flexibility with no minimum booking requirements.
While we do charge for provider travel to and from the participant's location, our extensive network of drivers across Adelaide allows us to assign the nearest available driver, thereby keeping costs low for our participants.
Once onboarded, there is no obligation to use our services frequently. However, whenever our participants require assistance, we are committed to providing prompt and reliable support. We offer both a pick-up/drop-off service for our more independent participants who do not require or want to be supported during their activity or can engage in the community with those requiring a little more support.
Please do not hesitate to contact us for any additional information or if you would like a personalised quote. We are here to help.
